Towing immobile vehicle

In case the client´s vehicle is immobile, SOS Assist arranges a towing service for the vehicle to the nearest authorised workshop or to the place stated by the client, in case the vehicle cannot be repaired on the breakdown/accident site.
 

Arrangement of alternative transport, continue on the way

In case the member´s vehicle cannot be repaired and the client necessarily must reach the destination or to his place of residence, SOS Assist makes an arrangement of alternative transport, in order the client to continue on his way.
 

Arrangement of rental car

In case the client´s vehicle is immobile due to an akcident or breakdown and has been towed to an authorised workshop, SOS Assist arranges a rental car, if possible of the same category.
 

Collecting a repaired vehicle

SOS Assist arranges transportation in order the repaired vehicle to be collected according to the client´s request.
 

Spare parts delivery to the breakdown site

SOS Assist arranges spare parts needed for the repair to be delivered to the breakdown or accident site in cases they are not available in the area but are usualy available in the Czech Republic.
 

Arranging a substitute driver for vehicle or passangers´transportation

The substitute driver transports the vehicle or passengers to the verified destination or permanent habitat of the vehicle in cases when during the way outside the Czech Republic such situation happens, that none of the passengers can drive the vehicle.
 

Passing a message to a person who should be informed about the troubles of the client

SOS Assist passes a message to a person, who should be informed about the client´s troubles. SOS Assist is not liable for any losses in case the message cannot be delivered. SOS Assist is obliged to inform the client about this fact.
 

Financial help

Lending money for covering costs abroad - costs for vehicle´s repair in case the client´s money has been stolen abroad or in case spare parts are beign delivered abroad. The money lending is under the condition the same ammount has been paid down on the SOS Assist bank account.
 

Expertise

Finding out the extension of vehicle´s damage, including elaborating the eventual expert opinion and photo documentation. 
 

Telefone translations

Ensuring translations through telephone in cases when the client is in such a situation, when knowledge about the local conditions, combined with good knowledge of the language, can make negotiating with the local authorities easier.  
 

Advising about the driving standards and rules

In case of car accident SOS Assist provides information about the local driving standards and rules.
 

Arranging scrapping of the vehicle after a car accident

In cases when the vehicle is economicaly not repairable, SOS Assist ensures it´s scrapping or selling it for spare parts according to the valid legal regulations (actual driving standards and rules).
 

Help in obtaining police documentation

SOS Assist would help the client in obtaining police reports, and eventually other documentation concerning the car accident.
