The company SOS Assist, which is a part of the company ELEM Group International, has been established in July 2008 due to aquisition of a part of the corporation SOS Assistance. This process meant also relocating the current employers dealing with the roadside assistance cases until then. This facti s a guarantee for keeping the achieved quality level, procedure and rules, and option to focus on the programms developement in the meant specialization.

The company´s history in the Czech Republic begins in 1992 when a company named CS Assist Consult has been established, in that time as a part of Delta Consulting Company. In the year 1998 it became a part of AEA Company and in the year 1999 as a part of International SOS, the biggest and most prestigious company providing worldwide medical and security assistance services to more than 6000 corporate clients with over 100 million members worldwide.
