SOS Assist s.r.o. has been established due to aquisition of a part of the global leader company International SOS Assistance, where I used to work as a regional general director, partner and then as an advisor. The history of our company begins in the year 1992.

The ownership structure has changed, but not the purpose of our work: to help people 24/7 and not only in cases of emmergency.

As a part of the contract about the aquisition was also dealt the current employers to be transferred, including the handled programms and contracts, by which we have achieved to keep the continuity of our operations and opportunity for increasing the quality of provided services.

In order to ensure a top quality assistance service, we have developed a modern assistance system and built up a broad providers network.

We have improved number of services in the area of roadside assistance services, claim adjustments and insurance arrangements. Above this all home assistance, concierge services, health care, travel and legal assistance has been managed.

We belong to the absolute top in the area of auto-assistance and specialized insurance services. Aboutb the quality of the implemented changes in all those services predicates also obtaining the certification ISO 9001:2008 in the end of year 2009. In the beginning of year 2010 we have become members of Česká asociace asistenčních společností - Czech Association of the assistance companies, ČAAS.

In the newly built up alarm centre you will obtain advises and help from a team of trained proffessionals, communicating in 4 world languages.

Operations coordinators are available for all callers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, slove over 40,000 assistance and insurance cases a year and deal with over 300 000 calls.

SOS Assist is a long term exclusive provider of assistance services fo Česká pojišťovna. To our partners belou also e.g. companies like ŠkoFIN, Defend, Škoda dealers, Citroen, CS Cargo, MasterCard, Czech insurance burreau, etc.

The company SOS Assist s.r.o. is a part of the company ELEM Group International, which i salso the owner of the insurance division SOS Insurance. This division offers a broad portfolio of products for a broad-spectrum of clients.
